We than obtained an Orthopaedic Spinal Surgeon report which confirmed that our client has suffered moderate soft tissue injury to her spine.
Our expert traumatic brain injury team were also concerned about our client’s frequent headaches and problems with concentration and taking all this into account we instructed a Neurologist to prepare a report dealing with a potential brain injury.
The Neurologist has confirmed that our client has in fact suffered moderate brain injury and will require some assistance in the future.
