IMD Solicitors obtains £72,000 in settlement of claim for injuries sustained as a result of accident at work.

Our client was employed as a labourer on a building site. One day as he was walking at the site he tripped on a power cable negligently left across his path by one of the contractors and fell suffering multiple fractures to his arms.

Client’s employer never admitted fault for the accident and the matter proceeded to Trial which we won for our client.

IMD Solicitors was able to prove our client’s employers fault at the trial and the Court awarded £72,000 in compensation.
