Immigration fees

Our fees are based on the complexity of each case, the anticipated time required to complete the application process and the hourly rate of our lawyers.

Our hourly rates vary depending on the seniority and experience of our fee earners.
a) £295 plus VAT per hour – Senior Partner, Partner
b) £250 plus VAT per hour – Senior Solicitor, Solicitor, Registered European Lawyer;
c) £195 plus VAT per hour – Legal Executive, Trainee Solicitor, Paralegal;
d) £125 plus VAT per hour – Legal Assistant.

We always provide our best estimate of total fees in each case to ensure that our clients are fully aware of the costs involved, and by keeping our clients informed throughout, we ensure that they stay in control. Whenever we can, we agree fixed fees with clients.

Point Based System The fee will depend on the type of Visa and whether the application is made in country or from abroad , we would usually offer a consultation first to assess the circumstances and propose best course of action  

Deportation £1500 – £6000

 

The fee will depend on the stage of the appeal and the complexity of the matter

Appeals The fee will be assessed following a consultation and review of a decision and client’s circumstances£140 ( if applicable)
