Ewelina Hilton

Ewelina is a Paralegal in IMD Solicitors’ Private Wealth department, assisting clients with a wide range of private client matters, including Wills, probate, estate administration, and cross-border estates.

She is committed to delivering a compassionate, practical, and client-focused service, recognising that private client matters often arise during challenging periods in a person’s life. Ewelina strives to provide clear guidance and support, helping clients navigate complex legal processes with confidence. Drawing on her extensive client service experience, she builds strong relationships while ensuring her clients’ needs and best interests remain at the heart of every matter.

Ewelina completed her Postgraduate Diploma in Law at the University of Law and is currently working towards qualification as a Solicitor.

Fluent in both English and Polish, Ewelina regularly supports Polish-speaking clients, ensuring they can access clear legal advice in their preferred language. Her experience includes drafting Wills, advising on estate planning, assisting with applications for Grants of Representation, and supporting the administration of estates across England and Wales. She also has experience assisting with complex cross-border estate matters involving assets and beneficiaries in multiple jurisdictions.

• Supporting a probate matter involving a modest estate and an ambiguously drafted Will, requiring detailed legal analysis to establish the deceased’s intentions.

Outside of work, Ewelina is focused on preparing for the next stage of her legal qualifications as she progresses towards becoming a Solicitor. When she takes a break from studying, she enjoys long walks with her companion, Uzi, spending time in nature, and reading crime and suspense novels, particularly those by Harlan Coben. She is also a fan of Agatha Christie adaptations, with Miss Marple being a particular favourite.
