Julita Figiel

Julita is a First Response Team Advisor at IMD Solicitors and is often the first point of contact for clients seeking legal assistance. She plays a key role in helping individuals and families understand their options, gathering information about their circumstances, and ensuring that enquiries are directed to the appropriate legal team.

With more than 17 years of customer service experience, Julita brings a calm, professional and client-focused approach to every interaction. Prior to joining IMD, she worked with the Citizens Advice Bureau and also ran her own business, giving her extensive experience in supporting people through a wide range of personal and practical challenges. She has also completed a Legal Secretary course, which further strengthened her understanding of legal processes and client care.

Clients particularly value Julita’s responsiveness, empathy and ability to put them at ease during what can often be a stressful and uncertain time. She understands the importance of listening carefully, providing clear information and ensuring that every client feels supported from their very first contact with the firm.

As a bilingual member of the team, Julita assists clients in both English and Polish, helping Polish-speaking clients communicate confidently and access the legal support they need.

Alongside her professional experience, Julita volunteers to support families with young children and is passionate about helping others within her community.

Outside of work, Julita is a mother of three children. She enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, and taking on creative DIY projects with her family.
