Karol Prokopczuk

As a member of First Respond Team, Karol is responsible for all Polish and English new enquiries to be heard and contacted.

He makes sure that our clients are provide with an excellent customer service by approaching them with polite, friendly and professional attitude combined with empathy.

Many years of being “in front of the house” as a restaurant manager, taught him how to build strong and positive relations with clients.

Karol’s main goal is to make sure that every client’s enquiry is taken serious, with respect and contacted.

Karol is also an active member of the Diversity, Equality and Inclusion committee.
