Maciej Dadynski has been dedicated to criminal defence since 2013, qualifying as a Solicitor in 2016. In 2017, he attained Higher Rights of Audience, enabling him to represent clients before all criminal courts in England and Wales.

R v W – 2025 – Persuaded the Crown Prosecution Service to discontinue proceedings against a client charged with criminal damage and stalking by submitting well-prepared pre-trial submissions.
R v W – 2025 – Secured a community order for a client convicted of cannabis production.
R v P – 2025 – Persuaded police to take no further action against a client facing allegations of rape, coercive/controlling behavior, and child abduction.
R v K – 2024 – Achieved acquittal on all counts for a client charged with possession with intent to supply Class A and B drugs, as well as possession of criminal property.
R v L 2024 – Secured a not guilty verdict for a client charged with rape by a woman who had invited him to her hotel room.
R v L & S – 2024 – Persuaded police to take no further action against two clients suspected of racially aggravated public order offences.
R v A – 2024 – Convinced police to take no further action against a client suspected of assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
R v P – 2023 – Secured an acquittal for a client falsely accused of strangling and assault by his wife.
R v D – 2023 – Persuaded police to issue a conditional caution to a client who admitted to producing Class B drugs, and successfully secured the return of over £30,000 seized during the arrest.
R v P – 2023 – Represented a client in Proceeds of Crime proceedings, negotiating a reduced benefit figure that prevented the need to sell their family home.
R v G – 2022- secured a community order for a client charged with production and supply of cannabis.
R v B- 2021- successfully appealed two domestic assault convictions.
R v S – 2020- represented a client charged with possession of firearm with intent to endanger life. Following lengthy negotiations, client pleaded guilty to reduced charges.
R v T – 2019- acquittal of prison guard charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm on a prisoner.
R v J – 2019- secured a non-custodial sentence for a client charged with cultivation of cannabis on a commercial scale.
R v G – 2019- secured a non-custodial sentence for a client charged with causing death by careless driving.
R v J – 2018 – represented two defendants charged with murder, manslaughter, robbery and kidnap.
R v H – 2018 – acquittal of a young man charged with robbery and false imprisonment.
R v H – 2017 – secured a non-custodial sentence for a client charged with possession of ammunition.
R v H – 2017- acquittal of a music producer charged with conspiracy to supply class A drugs.
R v L – 2017- acquittal of a man charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent by driving his car into a motorcycle.
R v B – 2016– successfully defended a malicious allegation of rape against a young man, who was acquitted by the jury after 40 minutes of deliberation.
R v S – 2016- represented a suspect facing allegations of historic rape. No charges brought following a series of police interviews.
