Natalia Zieba

Natalia joined IMD Solicitors as a Family Paralegal in April 2026. She holds a Bachelor of Laws, which included a year of study at Charles University in Prague, and subsequently completed a master’s degree in European law. Her academic interests focused on European and International Family Law, culminating in a First-Class Master’s dissertation examining international surrogacy arrangements.

Natalia supports the Family Law team across a broad range of matters, working closely with fee earners to assist clients through often complex and emotionally challenging circumstances. Her experience includes matters arising under the Family Law Act 1996 and Children Act 1989, divorce proceedings, and supporting senior solicitors in care and financial remedy cases.

She has a particular interest in international family law and is keen to further develop her expertise in international children matters, parental order applications and other cross-border family law issues. Natalia is committed to continuing her professional development and is working towards qualifying as a Solicitor.

Natalia understands that family law issues are highly personal and can have a significant impact on the lives of those involved. She is dedicated to delivering an excellent client experience, combining a professional and detail-focused approach with the personal support and understanding that family law clients often require.

In addition to English, Natalia speaks fluent Polish, enabling her to assist Polish-speaking clients and families.

Outside of work, Natalia enjoys spending time with friends, running around London, travelling, and relaxing without anyone bothering her peace of mind.
