Oliver Hogan

Oliver joined IMD Solicitors in April 2026 as a Client Intake Advisor within the Family department. He supports clients at the outset of their legal journey, helping to ensure that every enquiry is handled with professionalism, empathy and care.

As part of the Family team, Oliver is responsible for taking and processing initial enquiries, onboarding new clients, allocating matters to the appropriate fee earners and providing general support to the department. He plays an important role in helping potential clients understand their options and access legal support efficiently and effectively.

Oliver brings more than 12 years of customer service experience to his role, including four years in a supervisory first-point-of-contact position at Irwin Mitchell LLP. Throughout his career, he has developed a strong understanding of client care and the importance of providing clear, practical and compassionate support during what can often be challenging personal circumstances.

Clients and colleagues value Oliver’s empathetic approach, responsiveness, attentiveness and honest communication. He takes pride in making individuals feel heard, informed and reassured from their very first interaction with the firm, ensuring they receive a positive experience from the outset.

In addition to his day-to-day responsibilities, Oliver is committed to continually improving the client enquiry process. He works closely with colleagues to support the implementation of systems and processes that help generate, manage and allocate enquiries effectively, contributing to the ongoing development of the firm’s client intake function.

Oliver holds a bachelor’s degree from Leeds Beckett University and has developed a particular interest in Family law through his experience supporting clients and legal teams throughout his career.

Outside of work, Oliver enjoys participating in a range of sporting activities and spending quality time with his family, friends and two dogs.
