Marcin Durlak is the Managing Partner and Joint Founder of IMD Solicitors LLP and IMD Corporate, where he spearheads the firm’s vision and strategic direction. A qualified Solicitor in England and Wales, Marcin has transitioned from direct legal practice to focusing on building and leading high-performing teams that deliver exceptional results for clients.

Marcin is committed to fostering a culture of excellence, diversity, and inclusion within IMD. In addition to his role at IMD, Marcin serves as a Council Member of the Manchester Law Society and is an active member of its Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Committee. His involvement in these roles underscores his commitment to promoting fairness and diversity within the legal profession.
