IMD has welcomed Marjha Golding-Evans as a Partner in its Family Law team, bringing almost two decades of specialist family law experience together with a substantial background in law firm leadership. Marjha joins IMD with particular expertise in complex and high-net-worth financial matters involving businesses, trusts, inherited wealth, farming families, agricultural assets and landed estates. Her experience also encompasses wealth protection, technically complex jurisdictional disputes and cases involving sophisticated financial arrangements. Her appointment brings more than specialist legal expertise to IMD. Marjha has previously held significant law firm leadership responsibilities, contributes to the rural community through her involvement with the Country Land and Business Association, and has been active in professional education, writing, speaking and family law reform.
